RFID technology is rapidly iterating in the Chinese market (Part 2)
Receiving and Sorting Management
The RFID tunnel machine is used for batch inventory verification
When goods arrive in batches, manual scanning of each item is inefficient and prone to missed or misrecorded scans during high-volume shipments. The Sko RFID Tunnel Machine (represented model CK-TP2A) is deployed at the front end of the conveyor belt. Leveraging RFID technology as the core, it integrates scanning, weighing, and sorting return lines to complete verification and identification of over 400 items within 1 to 3 seconds as goods pass through. It generates real-time lists and performs data validation, while defective containers are automatically sorted by the return line—requiring only manual verification of prompts. In terms of precise recognition rates, Sko employs professional motion control and mechanical design solutions, combined with rigorous electromagnetic shielding and radio frequency optimization to eliminate interference. This ensures reading accuracy while avoiding RF radiation impact, achieving a tag recognition rate of 99.99%.
Real-time inventory management
RFID Smart Workstation RFID Smart Shelves are used for real-time dynamic management of in-stock inventory
The traditional method of inventory status confirmation relies on periodic physical counts, with data only reflecting conditions at a specific point in time. The SICO RFID Smart Shelving System (represented by model CK-H1) embeds antennas into each shelf level to continuously monitor in-stock status, enabling full-rack verification with a single button press in just over ten seconds;
Asset circulation stage
RFID intelligent shelves and RFID handheld devices are used for asset flow tracking and inventory盘点
Outbound Reconciliation Verification
RFID warehouse aisle doors are used for batch outbound statistics of goods
