RFID application in suspended assembly line of commuting vehicles
RFID is widely used in daily life, factories, and other aspects. Multi purpose, convenient and fast.
The assembly line is the core means of improving industrial production efficiency by integrating production processes and optimizing human-machine collaboration. A standard assembly line usually consists of traction components, load-bearing components, driving devices, tensioning devices, steering devices, and supporting components. According to different conveying methods, it can be mainly divided into seven categories: belt assembly line, plate chain line, double speed chain, plug-in line, mesh belt line, suspension line, and drum line.
Among them, the suspended assembly line is a continuous conveying equipment that runs along a closed space route. Its line body relies on an overhead rail network, which can flexibly achieve uphill and downhill, turning, and multi-point transportation, with significant advantages of flexible layout and small ground space. Therefore, it is widely used for workpiece transportation within workshops or between workshops, and is the preferred solution for many industries such as mechanical manufacturing, automotive, electronics, etc
① Previous: Use a specialized lifting device to firmly clamp or support the frame of the scooter with the scooter
② Assembly: The assembly line runs at a set speed, and at each workstation, the carriage is blocked by a stopper to ensure that the scooter completes the installation of front forks, front wheels, handlebars, wiring harnesses, pedals, base plates, and other components at each workstation.
③ Testing: Conduct power on testing and dynamic testing, start the program, simulate road conditions, drive motor operation, test vehicle speed and smooth acceleration, etc.
④ Adjustment and packaging: Clean, label, and place qualified test scooters into packaging boxes.
By using RFID high-frequency readers to record electronic tag data bound to commuting vehicles, a unique identification is established for each product, thereby achieving traceability throughout the entire production process.
The RFID reader establishes a complete data file by reading and writing the unique electronic tag of each vehicle. When after-sales problems occur, they can be quickly traced back to specific production information, providing data support for solutions and greatly reducing processing time.
The system can quickly identify problematic vehicles in the same batch, trigger batch inspection or recall mechanisms, extend individual problems to batch management, prevent problem recurrence from the source, and improve overall quality levels. It can also detect and solve problems in a timely manner.
